Instructions to guarantee a swift appliance maintenance!

1. Find out the brand and model of appliance >>

You can look for the model in the following locations:

  • Refrigerator/Freezer nameplate will be located on the side wall. Could also be found by the vegetable drawer or in the freezer compartment.
  • Cooker nameplate is usually found on the right side of the cooker when you pull it out of the wall, or on the frame under the door. Also check the rear of the cooker, take out the storage drawer and check the frame underneath the drawer. P.S. Do not pull the cooker off the wall from the door handle.
  • Dishwasher nameplate is found on the right hand side on the door. Check also the top of the frame inside the door of the dishwasher.
    Washing machine nameplate is found on the lid of the lint filter on top loading machines or on the back of the machine. On front loading machines the nameplate is found underneath the lid.
  • Cooker hood nameplate is found under the filter.
  • Vacuum cleaner nameplate is found underneath the cleaner.
  • Oven nameplate is found in the frame inside the door, or sometimes behind the oven.
  • Cooktop nameplate is found underneath the appliance.
