How to Easily Order Appliance Service

1. Find the make and model of your appliance from the rating plate

When ordering service for your appliance, have the key details from the rating plate ready. This will significantly speed up the process. See our examples to find where the rating plate is usually located.

  • Refrigeration appliances

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the left or right inner wall of the cabinet
    • On the left or right inner wall near the vegetable drawers
    • Sometimes on the freezer side
  • Cooker / Stove

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the right side when you pull the appliance slightly out of its recess
    • On the frame under the door—also check the back
    • Remove the oven tray storage drawer and check the frame underneath

    PS: Never pull the oven out by the door handle!

  • Dishwasher

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the right side of the door
    • Also check the upper part of the frame under the door
  • Washing machine

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the upper edge of the loading opening
    • On the lower edge of the loading opening
    • On the inside of the door
    • Or on the back of the machine

    For top-loading machines, the rating plate is located:

    • On the back of the machine, or
    • Behind the filter hatch
  • Tumble dryer

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the upper edge of the loading opening
    • On the lower edge of the loading opening
    • On the inside of the door
    • Or on the back of the machine
  • Cooker hood

    You can find the rating plate:

    • Under the filter
  • Hob

    You can find the rating plate:

    • On the underside of the hob
  • Vacuum cleaner

3. Take advantage of your home insurance

Did you know that most home insurance policies reimburse the full cost of an appliance inspection?

An inspection determines how much the repair will cost. If the appliance is not worth repairing, the insurance company will often help cover the cost of purchasing a new one.

  • What appliances do you service?

    We service all home appliances: dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, freezers, cold storage units, cookers, hobs, separate ovens, microwave ovens, mangles, and drying cabinets.

    Note: We do not sell spare parts separately.

  • How quickly can you come?

    We have technicians operating across Espoo and Uusimaa, so we can usually arrive very quickly – typically on the next working day after the order.

  • Do you provide service on weekends?

    We provide service on weekdays only.

  • How much does appliance service cost?

    It is difficult to estimate the exact cost in advance. On average, appliance service costs around 160-230 €.

    The cause of the device’s issue will be determined during an inspection. The inspection fee is 193 € for refrigerators and freezers and 158 € for other devices. The inspection fee is not charged if the device is repaired according to the given estimate.

  • Does insurance cover the service?

    Home insurance may cover appliance servicing, but this is not guaranteed. Call us and we will prepare a statement for your insurance company. We will service your appliance once you have received the decision.

  • Can I claim a household tax deduction?

    Household tax deductions are not available for appliance servicing. Tax deductions can only be claimed for permanently installed appliances. Installation and servicing of air-source heat pumps are eligible for the deduction.

  • Do you sell spare parts?

    Unfortunately, we do not sell spare parts for home appliances.
