What does Air-to-Water Heat Pump Maintenance Include?
Maintaining an air-to-water heat pump includes inspection and cleaning of the unit and is always carried out by a professional approved by Tukes (Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency). Our reliable professionals ensure that all work is performed expertly, carefully, and to a high standard.
Air-to-Water Heat Pump Maintenance Package
- Cleaning of the outdoor unit coil (mechanically and chemically)
- Inspection of the defrost system
- Check of refrigerant circuit pressure
- Inspection of the condition and operation of the outdoor and indoor units
- Inspection of the condition of outdoor unit fans and fan blades
- Check of vibration dampers on the outdoor unit
- Inspection and cleaning of strainers in the heating circuit
- Check of heating system pressure
- Inspection of electrical connections and refrigerant piping
- Check of heat pump operating hours
Price of the maintenance package is 325 €
Any refrigerant top-ups are charged separately. Please note that if we are unable to perform the maintenance due to a faulty unit, a call-out fee of 193 € will be charged.
Household Tax Deduction for Air-to-Water Heat Pump Maintenance
Maintaining an air-to-water heat pump and any additional work are eligible for the household tax deduction. In 2025, the deduction is 35 % of the VAT-inclusive labor cost, with a maximum of 1600 € per year. The deductible excess is 150 €.
